A customer was preparing for a 100 mile offroad event. His Turner was outfitted with a Fox Float model. He was unable to get full travel out of the fork. When the air charge was setup for his proper weighted sag it would only travel 120 mm out of the 140mm travel available and its action was harsh at best. By adding one volume chamber, the total travel was easily obtained and the initial stroke plushness was improved.

Tell us what fork you are using and what you need to improve its performance. We will let you know what we can do and how much it will cost. Some forks require highly specialized machined parts to replace your stock parts.
We may request to have your forks to install the modifications. We have developed products for some Marzocchi and Fox forks. All modifications are reversible so your forks can easily be returned to their normal state. No machining will be done on your forks. It's our goal to provide bolt on performance at a reasonable cost just like our throttles.
